History of Origami

Origami is ancient art,
i dont know who started it,

but when i was searching for the information on it,
i came across a very good article on history of origami on wiki itself

The origin of the art began as Chinese Paper Folding. The Japanese origin
began in the 6th century when Buddhist monks from China carried paper to Japan.
The first Japanese origami is dated from this period.
